Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content

You may not create press kits or upload content for games that include:

• Adults Only (AO) rated games. PK Nexus does not allow press kits for any AO-rated games, regardless of the reason for the rating (sexual content, extreme violence, or otherwise).
• Explicit sexual content. Pornography, sexually explicit material, or content that depicts or promotes such material is not permitted. This includes press kit assets (screenshots, trailers, descriptions).
• Content that jeopardizes platform operations. Anything that could put PK Nexus at risk with our payment processors (e.g., Stripe), hosting providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase), or harm our professional reputation.
• Promotion of prohibited content. You may not use press kits to link to or promote external sites, store pages, or materials that violate these guidelines.
• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Personal information of others without consent
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

What Is Allowed

Press kits for games rated M (Mature) or below are generally permitted. This includes:

• M-rated games with violence, strong language, or suggestive themes
• Games with mature narrative or psychological horror elements
• T-rated and E-rated games

When in doubt, err on the side of caution. If your game is AO-rated or features explicit sexual content, PK Nexus is not the right platform for your press kit.

Consequences

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension, or termination without refund. We reserve the right to enforce these guidelines at our sole discretion to protect the platform and our users.
